EDA’s 2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place March 24-25 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Toronto. The AGM kicks off on Sunday evening with an opening reception recognizing volunteers and will feature a brand new exhibitor component. The program continues on Monday with both the EDA & MEARIE Group’s Business Meetings, informative business sessions and a line up of great speakers.

New Exhibitor Feature at AGM
This year the EDA is providing a new and enhanced exhibiting experience to the exhibit component previously offered as part of ENERCOM. The exhibit component has been moved into the AGM program. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to interface with EDA members starting on Sunday night at the opening reception, followed throughout the day on Monday and into the pre-gala reception.

To participate as an exhibitor you must currently be a member of the EDA. There are a limited number of booths available in the exhibit hall. This helps create an intimate experience which allows exhibitors to network with other members and showcase their latest products and services as well as re-connect with current clients.

Included with your booth:
- Two (2) exhibitor passes which includes all meals and breaks served on the exhibit floor

- One 750 watt, 120 volt service per booth
If you require additional exhibitor badges they can be purchased for $99.00 + HST
